Lev Leps is an Air Force Lieutenant, who volunteered for a cosmonaut candidate but was demoted due to assaulting a superior officer. He is the main male protagonist of Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu. He is also Irina's caretaker and cosmonaut trainer.
Appearance[]
Lev is a Caucasian young man with short light brown hair and violet eyes. He is seen to mostly be wearing his military uniform and or training gear. It is not often that he is seen wearing personal attire.
Personality[]
Lev has longed to fly since he was a kid. He has a strong sense of justice and has a personality that rebels against unreasonable things. Lev tends to not worry too much and laughs it off when he's being bullied by other cosmonauts. He is a kind hearted person who is against discrimination and will not hesitate to stand up for other who are being poorly mistreated.

Irina Luminesk[]
At first, his relationship with Irina was rather rough. She only saw him as another human who thinks of her as an object or experimental subject. However, as time goes on and Irina sees that Lev treats her as a person rather than an object, she slowly starts to warm up to him. Lev would try to bring Irina to places after training where they could have a little bit of fun such as: a bar and ice skating. Irina on the other side, sometimes shows a tsundere side and often acting cold towards him but also showing signs of affection. In the anime, it is shown that both Lev and Irina have feelings for each other as seen by when they both blush at each other. This was also shown when Irina was suffering from anemia and Lev offered up his blood to her but Irina was hesitant (followed by blushing) which could mean that drinking another person's blood might have a more deeper meaning. Later they confirm they have feelings for eachother and end up engaged.
